Type of Returns
USA Dead On Arrival (DOA) Nexon Technology, Inc. offers a DOA warranty period of 7 days from invoice date on all products. Within this period, any product confirmed by Nexon Technology, Inc. as being DOA will be issued a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Customers who receive a DOA product are eligible for an advance replacement, subject to stock availability.
Warranty Returns At all times please ensure the Warranty card enclosed with the system is kept and observation of the terms and conditions are followed. All products have a 12 months parts and laboe warranty.
Damaged In Transit If a shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, please do one of the following:
1. Refuse the goods as damaged 2. Sign for the goods as damaged In both cases, you must inform Nexon Technology, Inc. of your action in writing within 2 working days. Physical Damage to Product If an item is found to have physical damage you must inform Nexon Technology, Inc. in writing within 2 working days of receipt.
International

Within one year Within one year from the Nexon Technology, Inc. invoice date, if a product is inspected and confirmed as faulty by Nexon Technology, Inc., a replacement will be invoiced and the faulty product will be credited at the current market value.
Outside one year If a product fault appears outside one year of the Nexon Technology, Inc. invoice date, and still falls within the manufacturer's warranty period, it will be eligible for a warranty return.
Returns Procedure
1. Complete a returns request form (including your details, part number, serial number and full description of reason for return), then hit the Submit button to email the request. ( Click here to complete the form online .)
2. Your request will be validated through serial number checking to determine whether the parts are within warranty, and that they are being returned by the customer who originally purchased the products.
3. Returns will be authorised or declined, and you will receive confirmation within 24 hours. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue by Nexon Technology, Inc..
4. Once authorised, product(s) must be returned to the following address:
